Problem with Tetris Tutorial (TGB)

When using the Mac version where do you find the New TileMap? It is not in the project File menu as the tutorial states. I've looked everywhere for it and can't seem to find it anywhere.

Just looked at the TGB Tile Map Editor Tutorial and it shows a Tile Map builder just under the GUI Editor in the Project drop down menu, I don't see that in my TGB (1.1.3).

In the Create tab on the right, the Tilemaps section is right below the effects section. Drag a new layer onto the level builder screen.
