Maya2dts problem

Im trying to make this game for a school project. i dont know how to make models and have no modeling program. my friend, however, does. she uses maya 8 x32 and she got the maya2dts from fluidimages for maya 8 but she says she gets this error that says "no bounds confirmed" does anyone know what this error means?

Yes, after your create your model, select your geometry, then in the maya2dts window, click on Create Bounding Box at the bottom. You need to have one to export.
