What install maker do you use?

I am looking for a install maker program so I can make my own Setup.exe's. I have tried innoSetup installer but my security programs (Spyware Doctor -and- Pest Patrol) found spyware attached to the program so I deleted it. Pest Patrol even found a keylogger. So now I am looking for a new (free) install maker program to use. Does anybody know of any good ones?

My Norton Anti Virus picked up a virus in NSIS Free Installer (nullsoft). Any other free installers that don't have viruses and spyware attached to them?

Your Norton needs to be slapped in the face. Or at least updated so it's not that dumb.

Are you saying my Norton Antivirus is picking up something it thinks is a virus but really isn't?

I've used InnoSetup and had no virus/spyware problems from it.
