Wanted: TGE/TGA expert for a tuition

Hello, we are a small indie team with more then 15 games in our portfolio. The last 5 games are created under TGB (ArchMage, Styrateg, Phantasia ...). We are going to leave TGB and start to develope in TGE/TGA.

I would like to cooperate with some TGE/TGA skilled programmer, who can help me solve (via icq/skype/msn) some small problems (as "why the shape texture is not transparent" etc). I have only a few questions, not many. I know, that the most answers are on forums, but it is really hard to find there what I need..

I tried the irc channel several time, but it is not very good for real problems. In 5 days I got only one usefull answer to one of my 8 problems, so maybe it is good for a torque fans who have a lot of free times but not for the fulltime programmers :(

So I'm looking for somebody to help me again :)
