Can't buy Torque with credit card

It won't let me purchase the indie engine because of this error

Error: km3973
We are unable to proccess this card online.

I tried calling but it doesn't make it clear where to go through the menus and I keep getting voicemails.

Do a search on the site about this. There are a few reasons why.
For example, if you use a U.S. card outside the country.

I know why, but theres not much I can do about it. My address on the credit card is across the country, so it's a fraud thing.

I have gotten things of friends credit cards in the past. I just hand them the money while sitting at a computer with them, so I can fill in all the information except the credit card details. I basically just turn away or go in another room for that bit. Not ideal but might be an option open to you.

I figured out a way to get it, although it was probably more difficult than it should have been.
