Looking for coders

I'm part of a small team who is now starting to form and we plan to develop an attainable XBLA/PC game with intentions of going commercial. We are currently looking for programmers with experience with XNA and it would be additionally beneficial if you have done work with Torque related game engines (2D or 3D). Just to let you know we are not a group of teenagers, we have direct game industry and related experience.
