I've read over the legal mumbo jumbo, but I'm still somewhat confused on this subject. Are licensees allowed to release a full, completed game for free to the public?

I'm kind of kidding. That EULA has a bunch of lawyer talk in it. I wish it could be cleaner, and some day we are going to try to make it easier to understand.

You can release your game for free. Here is the legal mumbo jumbo from the EULA that gives you that permission:Quote:
Free games may be distributed from Licensee's own web site.
