Regarding games released for free

I've read over the legal mumbo jumbo, but I'm still somewhat confused on this subject. Are licensees allowed to release a full, completed game for free to the public?

Yes. But be sure to include as much GarageGames promotion as you can :)

You can release your game for free. Here is the legal mumbo jumbo from the EULA that gives you that permission:

Free games may be distributed from Licensee's own web site.

I'm kind of kidding. That EULA has a bunch of lawyer talk in it. I wish it could be cleaner, and some day we are going to try to make it easier to understand.
