Potential TGEA customer, problems with demo crashing

Hey, I'm seriously considering getting TGEA, so I decided to fire up the demo to see what I could do.
Unfortunately, it crashed before it started, before it even had a chance to write out a log file.
I'm running Windows Vista with a GeForce 6800 on a PCIE bus. Here is the error message the "Problem Reports and Solutions" dialog gives me:

There are a lot of people having issues with TGEA. I was able to fix it by downloading the latest DX runtime and the newest drivers for my video card. Good luck.

Oops. That was embarrassing . . . I had no dx runtime at all.
It runs fine now :).

I also upgraded my DX Runtime, and my unstable TGEA demo became a paperweight. it crashes prior to even generating a console.log now.

This is an issue that's being worked on. Vista is brand new and TGEA was not developed / designed
for Vista with the RC1 target. So it's going to take more time and or even a whole revision with Vista libraries from the newer SDK.

@Sean - That was exactly what my problem was. Make sure your drivers are up to date. Good luck.

He said it runs fine now on his Vista machine.
All I can say is devs better utilize Vista.. just about every computer I looked at at the store was running Vista.. hell, my new laptop does to! :)

Because of directx 10 being forced as vista only and the dual core support.. vista is basically going to be standard in 6-9 months. Even the studio I work at is switching to vista next month.
