Torque Game Builder (TGB) FishDemo Tutorial errors

I was following through the FishDemo Tutorial in the Torque Game Builder (TGB) and found the part about randomizing the Y position of the fish, after hitting the world boundary, doesn't show the code edit necessary to make it work. The snippet is a cut and paste of the snippet before the edit. See FishDemo 6.1
I'm coming to Torque with no familiarity with Torque Engine or Torque Builder. I'm a software engineer, but I don't know anything about Torque Script. So, I may be in the rare position of someone who is willing to suffer through the tutorial and I may find other stuff, which I'll post here, too.
