Buccaneer on TGEA?

by Joseph Euan · in Site Feedback · 02/22/2007 (6:13 am) · 8 replies

On the TGEA page www.garagegames.com/products/torque/tgea/

Theres a big picture of the game Buccaneer.. isn't that game being made with TGE/Lighting pack/New Water resource?

If so, then dosen't that picture belong on the TGE page instead?

:p

From Stickman Studio's website they posted in the news. "The game has consistently moved forward over the past couple of months and now we are porting it into the new Torque Game Engine Advanced."

So those could be screens from the port.

And from the comments of the current snapshot:

Ah, I see thanks

I knew they looked at TSE a while ago (they tested the ship models in the port I did, but they went to TGE when the water resource was released)

Should see some cool graphics in the game if it's in TGEA now then :p

Tnx Joseph, problem solved...
I wasn't following the installation guide for TGEA since the first time I've installed it before formatting I had alrady all the requirements setting up on my pc and I wasn't aware of the step necessarily before you cannot install TGEA...
Sorry ;)

Rofl.. just goes to show that TGE isn't too outdated as people think.. then again the scene shown is water mostly so that explains why it can look like that.
