Talented, Dedicated Programmer Needed ASAP

Who we are:
A team of 7 professional game developers who are currently working in the industry at studios like High Moon, EA and Rock Star, and in all of our free time making a casual game for the mass market.
Team:
Producer / Designer
Producer / Animator
Character Concept Artist
Environment Concept Artist
Environment 3D Artist
Character 3D Artist
Sound Designer / Composer
What we have:
Lots of experience in the game and feature film industry doing visuals, production sound and more, the connections to get our game published by the leading publisher in the industry, generous profit sharing on this project, a very very fun small game targeted for the mass market, a full production timeline and design finished, art and sound are already in full production swing. 7 people who have jobs in the industry but see a different vision and want to be successful on our own making our own ideas off our own steam!
What we don't have:
A talented programmer who is looking to come in and kick some ass for us so that we can dress up his code and make it look pretty and sound great!
What we aren't doing:
Making the next best FPS ever!
Making the next Gears of War!
Making a huge MMO!
We realize this is impossible and it's already been done. We are making a casual game, if you don't know what that is look it up and then look at how successful casual game companies are right now and how many members they are composed of. The games are small and easy to make. With our knowledge we are going to take it to the next level and blow everyone away!
What this is:
An amazing opportunity for a Coder to work with a serious team of developers / artists who will finish this project soon. Let me know if you are seriously interested in doing something big and I can give you all the information you need! We would love to show off our art / screenshots unfortunately we don't want to give any of that away just yet. If you are serious about joining our team we will show you at that point.
