An example of an IFL material for TGEA?

Does someone have an example of a material for use in TGEA that uses an IFL sequence?
I'm having trouble wrapping my brain around how to set one up...

I was wondering about that too. The other thing related is a method to hot swap shader materials.

Like my silver surver. He's soldier pack with a material applied. We need to be able to press a button and have it swap the material out or use other triggers to swap.

There is some info out on it, I know why don't I do it myself? Well if I do find some solution i'll share it.
