Hands do not anchor, but feet do

I am using 3ds max 8 and the standard exporter. I have created a character using the orc bone set. For Testing - I have an animation (pushup) running in the demo by renaming my .dsq to the dance.dsq. For some reason, the animation on the hands (keyed to the ground in 3ds max) are sliding in the demo. Does anyone know the issue behind this? I have tried everything from rekey all of the hand animations, export dts after checking arms and hands (character is in Original Orc stand pose in DTS).

The bounds box isn't linked to the bip01, so no movement there. It really is only his left hand that is causing the most problem. The right and left are both keyed the same in 3ds max. Thanks, Randy

then you can get strange results like your image. If you highlight your character in the world editor
so I can see the bounds box, I can then tell if your character is animated outside of it.

NO .. its just Ive seen problems where the player.dts strays from the bounds area and then you can get strange results like your image. If you highlight your character in the world editor
so I can see the bounds box, I can then tell if your character is animated outside of it.

I've increased the size of the bounds in the dts and dsq, but I still don't see any changes.
Thanks for your assistance!

How about animating it so its inside the bounds box?

I hope Im right here. It looks like the Left hand goes beyond the bounds. How about animating it so its inside the bounds box?

My character goes horizontal in the animation and the Bounds is not effected. What dictates the bounds? Is it the dsq?
I opened up my environment and loaded the same character. When I apply the death animation supplied with the demo, the bounds never changes in size, but moves in the x and y.
Another oddity, the bounds displayed isn't the bounds that I have created at all - L 3, W 3, H 3. I have opened the original player.max file supplied of the Orc. The bounds L 2.5, W 2.5 H 2.5 in that file isn't the same size of the bounds displayed in the game demo.
Something in the engine has to be dictating the length, width, height.

No matter what I do to the DTS or DSQ, the bounds remains the same size in the game demo. Is something in the game engine dictating the size of the bounds? My character goes horizontal in the animation and the Bounds is not effected. What dictates the bounds? Is it the dsq?
