A bit of a weird one, never happened before. Since saving the uv face layout and saving the blend file, closing blender down and then firing it back up, some uvs went walk about and others havent?
Can anyone explain why. its not a problem at the moment as I havent painted any textures yet, but if its gonna keep changing the layout, then it becomes a pain.

The one thing I can suggest to prevent this in the future is use the Snap to Pixels feature in the UV editor. For some reason, this happens on rare occasions to me as well unless I use that. As for this one, I would just move them back to their original location.
Oh and a quick side hint: always make sure your textures extend a few pixels past the edges of the UV's, or else blender will show the background color of your texture map, which almost always looks nasty.

Thanks for the advice guys, Ive tried to recreate the problem but its not happening. This is only the second time Ive unwrapped a model in Blender, so im not sure if its something I have done or Blender did, either way the more I use Blender the more Ill get used to using the features. Thanks for your help.
