Unicode Editor with no BOM

Ok I'm at the end of my wit, what kind of Text Editor should I use to write Torque script in Unicode. They say I have to save it to UTF-8 but I can't use notepad. Does VC express or Torsion save file as UTF-8 if I put non-english characters in?

@Warit - Torsion at the moment isn't setup for Unicode, so for sure... whatever you put in there it is sure to come out UTF-8.

I don't know if I understand you correctly, Tom. But in torsion, It does not display our language (Thai) correctly. In example, If I type a Thai word it just display as ANSI characters (using built in standard IME input). In other editors that support Unicode such as Notepad++, It can show me the correct words and save to UTF-8 just fine.I hope Torsion will support Unicode soon. Thank you for bring us a great editor Tom.
