side animation cannot play in the game

Hi, everyone! I have a problem with side animation. I am able to play root and running animation. However, the side animation just won't play in the game. It plays find in the showtool. Anyone knows what the problem is?

Are using MilkShape to create the shape? If so, you should update to the latest HEAD revision of the SDK, there is a fix in there to play side animations exported by MilkShape.

I used 3dMax to create my model though.
