Distribute a Free Game made with TGB -- Questions

I am about ready to release my first game made with TGB, and was wondering what if anything I had to do to keep it "legal".
So far, all I think I have to do is use the "Build Project" utility to create a "build" of my game, then zip it up and distribute it "as is" (I would, of course, create an installer, etc with other utilities, but thats not torque related -- so we'll leave that out of this thread).
The build I am going to release is a bare-bones TGB 1.1.3, without any C++ hacks done to it -- and I am planning on using the built-in OptionsDlg GUI element -- aside from that, my game does not expose any of the Level Builder functionalities, etc ...
I also intend to release the source of the game to the GG community, but that will be done through the TDN --
Oh and, for those interested in what type of game it is, it's just a simple "Memory Game" that I created this morning, took me about 4-5 hours from start to finish (rather, from start to where I am now -- I intend to polish it up a bit more before actually making it public). Currently, it has a single art resource, which is an imagemap containing 322 dinosaur graphics I downloaded from a free website months ago (and I can't remember where I got them, otherwise, I'd link to them -- I think there great, love the art style). I intend to, at some point (either this release, or an update in the near future) to also include addition resources, such as maybe free Barbie graphics I can find somewhere -- if anyone has any great free art resources for something like this (ie; graphic sets that are all the same size, or roughly the same size) please let me know -- The game is intended to be played by children (more specifically, my kids -- but I'm releasing it to the public for your kids too ;p).
Thanks in advance for your replies.

Maybe you already checked that and are fine, but it's worth mentioning.

Small point, but you should check where you got the art from and whether it is OK to ship with it. Just because something is free for you to download, it doesn't automatically follow that you can freely use it in your game.Maybe you already checked that and are fine, but it's worth mentioning.

@Jeff, for the splash, does it "have" to be the one provided with TGB "out of the box", or can I use the Logo resources provided by GG and create my own custom Splash?

@Tom, thanks -- I've been savaging around looking for the site since I got done -- if I can't find it, I won't release the game with these specific art resources to the public -- the card faces themselves are easily changeable, its the gameplay that is provided that makes the game more "fun" -- I can easily find free art resources with a "public" or "free to use" license elsewhere -- but thanks for the note.@Jeff, for the splash, does it "have" to be the one provided with TGB "out of the box", or can I use the Logo resources provided by GG and create my own custom Splash?

If you want to create a custom one drop an e-mail to James Wiley, Eric Fritz, and/or Joshua Dallman and they can give you some feedback on it. In the past we have allowed people to use their own custom adaptation of the TGB splash (or other engine) screen though it's best to just as the right person :)

Soon, one of the employees will probably confirm on this post, and let you know of anything else.
