Player validation & crash when

What does it mean by:
I have a HEAD version from last week, and I want to debug it. So I have a breakpoint in guiShapeNameHud.cc and I click on F5 (Go).
When I try to start a mission, the program crashes with:
It seems to be happy so far with find the right files in the right directories. This is a virgin copy of the Torque demo, so to speak, meaning I haven't changed any files. Any suggestions/help would be appreciated.

It's a basic anti-cheat system that's built into Torque. When a client connects to a server, the server makes sure that it's using the same model files.
