Why "my Development Snapshot " is always "pending approval" ????

GG hasn't approved it. It depends on the quality of the work compared to other submissions.

"pending approval" , does not mean that it is not approved, it means that the approval is pending.

I think it's more likely to be an oversight than anything. I think a few slip through the cracks. Post it again.

I saw it, the IOTD is queued but not approved yet. We post IOTD's in the order we feel is best. Sometimes there can be a long wait. If you want immediate exposure, it's best to post your image in a blog.
