Restrict cursor to full screen app?

Obviously for dual monitor set ups. (I guess it could happen on a single monitor, but then your cursor would go flying across the room).

I've seen other apps do this, notably 'Venture Africa'.

I've searched the forums but haven't found anything. (If the answer lies in an existing thread, pardon my inferior seach skills).

Does anyone know how to do this?
