360 degree panoramas. Are they possible?

Hi to everyone out there.
I'm a prospective purchaser looking to find the right game engine to build my game. I'm looking to make a point and click adventure game like Myst 3 or 4 were the player can view a complete BUBBLE panorama or maybe even just a regular 360 degree panorama for navigation. Is it possible to accomplish this with Torque Game Builder Pro? If not can I get a plugin to make such a concept work or not? My main goal is to sell it on PC and possibly X-Box Live. I like how Torque has that kind of flexibility. If it is just impposible does anyone have any suggestions? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Adventure Maker or Pipmak for a more suitable pre-rendered adventure solution, although to my knowledge neither of these support Xbox development.

Although it is possible to do this in Torque, it's more suited for realtime 3d games (I'm not sure about TGB as I don't own it, but it certainly looks like it might be suitable). You might want to try out(NOT ADVERTISING, JUST TRYING TO HELP)

Didn't know about PipMak, though. I'll have to play with it.

Adventure Maker is a nice, easy-to-use product. The PSP support is limited by the browser support, so do not let that be your excitable selling point. It is great for PC production, though. I prefer VBScript to the AGS scripting language.Didn't know about PipMak, though. I'll have to play with it.
