We have out own proprietary tools and formats for the models and associated licensing. I will collect more info and post here but the amount of work required would justify a person's full time employment here in the UK.

I'm in bournemouth but sadley Im studying at the national centre of computer animation. So only have a few days a week off.
However if you need a local (ish) freelancer or offsite contract artist to supplement you fulltime staff I'd be happy to offer my services.
Cheers

Plus if you're in a pinch and you need a lot of work done fast it doesn't cost you more in the end to hire one as it does to hire several people.
In either case, if you're considering contractors feel free to drop me a mail, I'm interested.

I do some work in Defense Simulation modeling.
And can do realistic modeling of models and buildings. I just need to know poly count limit and more info on what would need modeled.
Is there a way I can email you ? about what all you would be needing? I can do models in alot of differant 3d model formats.
These are some sample model I did for a simulator project I am currently working with
