TSE , is it ready yet ?

Last year (2006) Jeff Tunnel said in a thread which most likely got deleted that TSE will "be ready this year".
So it is ready yet ?

I, for one, am *glad* that it was not finished by the end of '06. It allowed me to still get it at the EA price a week ago. :)
