2D concept/anime artist, writer, designer available

Note: I don't do pixel art. I will do in-game 2D art if I have room to work, but I don't do low-res. I can design races, animals, a layered clothing system, individual characters, maybe plants and architecture. I'm not particularly interested in mechanical things like ships or robots or guns/bombs.
I am a writer/designer/artist with 5+ years of experience doing indie game design, but not a single successful project to show for it. :/ I tried running my own game design project but, not being a programmer and not having any money, I realized that wasn't going anywhere. So, now I'm looking to sign on with a project which either already has something playable yet has room for me to contribute to the story and gameplay design, or is willing to pay me for my art, or has such a damn cool concept I will enjoy working on it even if it never goes anywhere. I'm looking for an RPG, MMORPG, or SIM game; something not too dark, preferably funny and romantic. I would be happy working on a game similar to any of the following: Gaia Online or any MMORPG which does not focus on combat, a Harvest Moon style game, a Final Fantasy style game, a Myst style game, a game about pet monsters or breedable creatures.
Samples of my art and writing:

In-progress 2D animation of an anime-style MMORPG avatar. (Warning female nudity):

Example of a clothing texture I made for a 3D humanoid model (please note I did not make the skin only the clothes, and this is not the final version of the clothes, I added shadows and highlights.):

In all cases I retain the right to use the images I create for my own purposes (excluding selling or giving them to a competitor but including using them in my portfolio and producing and selling fan products for your game); if you want all the rights in perpetuity you have to pay a licensing fee. Here are my rates excluding licensing fee:
1 race or character concept, or avatar base, pencil lineart only: $10
- second gender of the same race: $8
- quickie coloring of this with marker/pen: $2
- careful CGing of this or someone else's lineart, usable as in-game 2D art (not pixel art) $10
1 clothing, hairstyle, prop, monster, building, plant, logo, or GUI element, pencil lineart only: $8
- quickie coloring of this with marker/pen: $1
- careful CGing of this or someone else's lineart, usable as in-game 2D art (not pixel art) $4
- the same art with colors rotated to create a second version: $1
2D animation - multiply the above per frame. E.g. a 12-frame run cycle for a carefully-CGed avatar base = 12*(10+10) = $240
CGed skin for an existing 3D model...
- detailed humanoid nude or animal skin: $15
- - flatcolored or simple model: $8
- detailed clothing (excluding skin): $20
- - flatcolored or simple model: $10
- the same art with colors changed to create a second version: +$1 or +$2 if I have to rework the shading.
Creation of a unique vector or bitmap font...
- $50 for an all-caps lines-only or single color alphabet, you are responsible for converting the graphics set into a useable font.
- $100 for capitals and lowercase, you are responsible for converting the graphics set into a useable font.
- $150 for a complete font set including all numbers and special characters, you are responsible for converting the graphics set into a useable font.
- double that if you want them colored in a complicated way (note there are limitations on what sort of coloring I can do if it is a vector font)
And this isn't art, but I also provide the following services:
- Consult on a game design or story idea/outline: $20
- Ghostwriting a document translated into English: $1 per 250 words
- Concept editing of a script or novel: $1 per 250 words (this includes plot, character, scene, and worldbuilding help but not grammar, spelling, etc.)
- Grammatical and spelling editing of a script, novel, or technical document: $1 per 250 words
- Creation of an original piece of prose, script, or technical documentation: negotiate, original fiction might be free.

*bump* available again. I've been doing textures recently (clothing for humnanoid 3D models mainly, but I could do animals too) and working on 2D animation (having limited success creating a 2D mmorpg avatar base). So if you want custom textures or _simple_ 2D animations, or my usual concept art, game design, story design, or consultation, I'm your girl! :D

You mentioned that you do concept art and writing/design. I might be looking for a concept artist soon, and it looks like I might need some help building the general storyboard too... I'll check back soon and see if you're still keen.

If you're still looking, it might help to link us to an online portfolio if you have one. If you don't, then that would be an ideal way for you to get work. I love the philosophy in your head.
Your rates are fantastic. I'll pay for an original plot within a universe (sci-fi/modern, stylised) for my current WIP. My email is kaffeend AT gmail DOT com, in case you're still looking for work.
For an idea of what image I'd like to project, look at beyond-good-and-evil.ubi.com/beyond-good-and-evil-hd/en-US/home/.
Let me know what sort or price you'll need to get this ball rolling please. Take your time and hit me up with any questions you have. Looking forward to hearing from you.

I wouldn't mind a story within your 'science-fantasy epic thingy' frame, Mare! home.comcast.net/~wickeddelite/lettherebejustice.htmlI love the philosophy in your head.
