My biggest problem with XNA for 360 is...

There is not a deployment package system that allows me to give binaries to other XNA members to play my games. I can not give source to people for the company will not allow it. So we cant share any of our demo code, or tutorials externally because the assets could/would be stolen.

That sounds more like a problem with the policy at your company than with XNA. ;) XNA is just growing guys. When the PRO version releases, it will be a whole new ballgame and, depending on the popularity of the creator's club, we will see better and easier channels of distribution.

Microsoft is just testing the waters for now.

In April, Microsoft will be releasing an update to XNA Game Studio Express, which will allow users to package and distribute binary versions of their games. Sweet!!!!!!
