Day and Night for 1.5

Hi All -
I did some research on the day / night cycle possibilities in Torque and what I found is over 2 years old. I'm very hesitant to go adding this to my codebase when I'm almost certain it will bork.
So... here's my question. Has anyone worked out the details surrounding day / night transition in a mission with 1.5 yet? Am I just a noob and it's already there? I'd be interested to hear. Thanks!

Single player this wouldnt be too hard for you to roll in from the old resources.. it's the multiplayer that is a little silly. Even than can be done in 1.5 with a little crefully poking around. I'm not your guy though sorry :/ Hardly have time to sleep atm.Best of luck
