Game Designer Looking For Team

Hello, I am currently putting together a game that i feel has great potential. First off I am an experienced writer and craft stories to the best of my ability. I also work with these stories in a way to place them in a fun game setting.
This game is set in ancient japan where hiearchies ruled and the ways of the Samari and Ninja were used for all sorts of political and conflictual reasons. The player assumes the role of a new Ninja in a secret organization that performs "requests" from mostly political hirees. These missions range from infiltration to espionage to assassination. You are given a master to learn from and then weapons and tools ranging from a katana and shurken to poisons and grapplers. Also I want to emplement a special fighting style along with ninjitsu. It is the pressure point system.
Along with the many moves, holds, and techniques in the ninja fighting style I want to add something new in the mix allowing the player to effectively neutralize an enemy in one blow. This along with a fresh take on the missions and the style of fighting in game will, I think, exclude repition throughout the game. I want the player to experience something new at every turn.
The story I am crafting doesnt just lead the player through this mission style assignment game play. Down the line betrayle become a factor and the player will find him/herself alone and fighting back for survival and revenge. I want this game to be different and unique.
I will not start full development until a plan has been laid out with solid story lines and scripts. I would also love to have visuals and some proto-type code to sample if possible once we get things started.

Well none with torque...but I have written short stories and have participated in a few projects in designing the overal concepts of the game. I have also done story line creation; so i have some knowlege under my belt
