Deploying

Can you deploy to Xbox 360 with the open beta? I can't find the option anywhere in Game Studio Express. It doesn't seem to even have the configuration in configuration manager. So I'm guessing this isn't done yet? Or maybe it's there and i'm terribly stupid.

Yeah, its not incredibly obvious though. Who wants to go hunting around in the start menu? Ideally long term there won't be the need for a separate xbox project in the first place (this is an XNA issue generally).

The hardest thing was finding the XNA license on xbox live, I wasn't scrolling down enough and it was at the bottom.

I deployed the tank buster demo to my xbox last night and it was awesome. It actually played much better on my xbox which surprised me because I have a pretty beefy PC, but maybe it's just the controller vs the keyboard. Long story short, it worked seamlessly and was awesome to see it work. I was a little surprised at how slow the deploy was, it seemed to be over a half hour to copy the files. I suspect maybe MS is grabbing a copy too, even though it says to make sure the xbox and PC are on the same lan. I know I can copy the files between two servers in a matter of a minute or two.The hardest thing was finding the XNA license on xbox live, I wasn't scrolling down enough and it was at the bottom.

Sorry, but that's simply not true.
There is a LOT of things going on during the deploy process--and XB360 isn't just "another server" :)
