Scrolling the editor area

Currently it seems the only way to scroll the level you're editing in TGB is to use the arrow keys. They don't even auto-scroll, leaving you to constantly keep hitting the key, and watch the screen move an annoyingly small distance with each hit. A much better approach would be to allow the user to hold down some modifier key and then click in the main editing area and drag to scroll it. Far easier.
Secondly, the editor's preferences allows you to turn off Snap to X and Snap to Y. But this doesn't affect rotation. When you hold Command key and rotate a sprite by dragging its bounding box, it snaps to the 90 degree and 45 degree increments automatically. It would be nice if this could be disabled.

Even nicer would be if it didn't stop scrolling once the mouse leaves the editor area. (If you right click inside that area and drag, you're going to want it to keep dragging even when the mouse leaves that area. Makes for easier scrolling.)
