ZBrush Normal Maps

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone has successfully created normal maps in z-brush and then exported a DTS from Max?
We are having problems with the Normal maps. I believe the problem may be incorrect axis (z-up vs y-up). I wanted to see if anyone has successfully created normal maps in z-brush and would be willing to share any tips/snags/etc.
Thanks
Todd

We found that we needed to invert the green channel to account for the differences in axis. Once we did this the normal map stared to behave. However, we are now working on the seems issue as well...

The only real problem i saw (with the normal maps) was at the seams, but i guess someone with better UV/unwrapping skills could hide the seams better.
