Quick purchasing question...

Hello,
I am in the process of purchasing Torque as I type this and am wondering (just to be on the cautious side):
On the Billing & Shipping Info page, is Torque Licensed to the credit card holder's name or the name of the account which is logged in? I would think it would be the account name, but I just want to be sure since I am paying for a member of my team by being logged into his account while purchasing...
