A Weird Idea and an Even Weirder Question

I've got a great idea for a game, but I think I can make it really quickly if I just mod one of the Garage Games I already have (Marble Blast Gold, Orbz, and Gish)
But before I can tell anyone my idea, I need to know...
Does anyone know of a really easy way to mod one of the above games so that the only thing in it would be a few pictures, and you can see the next picture just by clicking or waiting a few seconds?
I know it sounds really weird and stupid, but I could make the best game ever if I just knew how to do that.
Anyone know a way?

You'll probably have to give more background info if you want any specific help.

Gish was not made with Torque.

So I was thinking I could just go into the files of Marble Blast and mess with the part where the pictures appear, but I don't know how to do that, and I don't know how to get it to quit at that certain point.
Yes, this still sounds really weird.

Well, you know at the beginning of Marble Blast, when it shows all the logos and the title? I kind of want to have that, but with my own images (possibly a Flash or Quicktime movie), and then it would quit when you click, or maybe when the pictures are done.So I was thinking I could just go into the files of Marble Blast and mess with the part where the pictures appear, but I don't know how to do that, and I don't know how to get it to quit at that certain point.

Why is it weird?

So, in other words, you just need a slideshow?

Hmmm, what's it made with David?

Yeah, kind of, but it needs to have all those important files that it can't run without, for reasons I'll tell after I figure out how to do it.

Okay, now I have a different problem.
I've set a copy of Marble Blast up so it shows the pictures, but the one right in the middle (production.jpg) goes by way too fast. I don't know why it's doing that, but if anyone knew how to reset the amount of time it stays up, that would be helpful. I tried messing with the file productionGui.gui.dso, but the game wouldn't start.
Should I be on the Marble Blast forums?

What you want to do is take a look at the code for the GG screen that pops up its in example\starter.fps\client\ui\StartupGui.gui with not too much messing around you can have a series of those, much easier than modding Marble Blast.

Is "example" a folder?
I can't find anything in that list.
I'm on Mac OS X, does that help?

Okay, here's where my stupidity complicates things :SIs "example" a folder?

Look for starter.fps if you find that example doesn't matter, I think example may only be called example in the full version, if you don't have that.

I don't think it's possible to properly mod any of those games since the script files are gone, the .cs.gui are already compiled and shouldn't be messed with. If you bought TGE then you'll have an example folder, if you download the demo, all that is is the contents of the example folder.
