I am posting this for two reasons: Feedback and possible people to join me as i make it
I will be the lead designer if a team is made.
Conquest: The Medieval World
In this turn-based strategy game your goal is to conquer the medieval world and control the Catholic Church by making your faction leader the Pope. You can go on Crusades, do missions from the Pope, organizations, or your council for rewards of lands, units, money, or other benefits. Conquer lands with mighty armies of archers, cavalry, infantry, artillery, and beasts such as war elephants or war dogs.
If you are not a Catholic nation your goal is to convert the Catholic belief to yours (Orthodox) or eliminate them while keeping them from killing you off for your belief (Islam).
Many new types of weapons come available to you during the campaign.

This game does sound brilliant, I am not asking to join the development team, (I have nowhere near the required scripting knowledge for a game this complex!) but just wanted to say how awesome this game looked! I was wondering if you were planning on giving the game multiplayer capabilities? Good luck,
Simon

Hey this sounds really interesting and I'd love to see it developed. I just have one suggestion. Perhaps the starting settlement for the Russians should be Kiev because that's where the original western Rus tribes formed before the Huns, Moors, Moguls, Cossacks and Turks integrated.Good luck!

Artillery: An artillery unit uses cannons, catapults, trebuchets, ballistae, scorpions, or culverins to fire and destroy large groups of enemies; however they are poor at melee and move slowly, they are also very likely to miss.
Sword Cavalry: Sword Cavalry are mounted warriors with a sword, they are poor in a charge but just like the infantry swordsman they can
fight and drive off attackers.
