Question about Ignition

Hello there,
I purchased yesterday the Torque Game Engine 1.5 (Indie License) and it came with a Torque ShowTool Pro license. I didn't install it yet because I'm not sure how ignition works and I couldn't find information on it anywhere, so I hope it is ok to ask this here.
If I install the ShowTool on a computer and register it with the ignition key I received, will I be able to install it a second time on another computer I work at, or is it bound to that one computer/installation? What if I reformat my computer? Is there some kind of limit on that?
I'm curious mainly because I want to have it installed on my work computer and on my home computer, so I can work at home. I also have the habit to reformat my home computer every now and then, and I believe that might be done with my work computer as well.
Can I install it on both computers? What kind of control is in place for usage with this ignition license? Should I use the offline registration to avoid problems?
Thank you for your time.
