TGE 1.4/1.5 Terrain size + waterblock issue

Okay. When i am trying to scale the terrain size from 8 to 4/2 i notice the waterblock is no longer align. does anyone know what the waterblock co-ord should be? or wouldnt mind sharing on how that works?
Also i find in TGE 1.5, i can not scale the water any lower then 4, before having it crash. where in TGE 1.4 it can be scaled down to 2 with no problems. but the waterblock issue.
