Tile Map Builder missing

I have no menu item for the Tile Map Builder under the Project menu. I have TGB 1.1.1. I expect I'm missing something obvious...

Can anyone help?

Check the Tile Map tutorial that came with TGB 1.1.1

This got me at first as well, as all the existing tutorials show a menu item for the Tile Map builder, but it appears that you get at the Tile Map builder on the Create panel, under Miscellanious objects.
