Bug buggin me

Hello,

I have a strange bug that just crops up almost randomly but frequent enough to be a serious problem ... it fires an assert that reads "Error, bad endX" ... does anyone have any idea what that might relate to? Even a clue would be nice ... could it be the modelling?
