Hosed Links?

I'm curious if I'm the only one getting links to external media/images that are prefixed with, for example in Adam's blog:
http://www.garagegames.com/blogs/34011/www.gamesextract.com/support/FXpack02.avi
instead of:
http://www.gamesextract.com/support/FXpack02.avi
A lot of my old posts are broken (now admittedly I did change host providers, but I mirrored the entire site, and the links are identical) and it's not just mine, it seems random. Some of the posts and blogs are correct, some have prefixed http://www.garagegames.com/www.whatever.com...
I've looked at the blog code for a couple of my .plans, and it's right. If I copy and paste it into the browser window, it goes to the right image or link, but it is prefixed with the www.garagegames.com in the actual post, so they all appear broken.
Just wondering if this is me and I should stop smoking crack or if anyone else has seen/noticed this.

Actually I noticed this before when I posted links. It's been like that for awhile. someone needs to update the Markup Lite information.

I have never noticed this and I always use the full URL, ie http://.
