Brick texture creator

This is a tool made for brick layers to design patterns, it creates some of the most photorealistic brick textures I've seen, and you can select from tons of patterns.

www.brick.com/md/md2.swf

I searched the site, and I can't seem to find a license, or terms of use of the software. If it has none, can it be assumed that commercial use of the textures generated by it is allowed?

-edit- I just reinstalled it from a couple monthes of not using it. I forgot how awesome this program is, it has every brick style under the sun, amazing if we could use this in our games we'd be all set for brick textures from here on out...

I've decided to send an email to the company, though I may need feedback on what I send to them (So I don't look like a fool :) )

Here's what I have so far:

Dear Sir or Madam:

I am an independent video game developer, and am interested in commercial usage of your program "Masonry Designer" for usage as textures for scenes within some of my video game projects.

An independent developer, is a hobbiest (Or in my case, a student) who has a very limited budget. If it is not possible for free usage, can certain negotiations on price can be arranged? Perhaps a royalty of a percent I earn from each game sold. Granted, I do not believe very many will be sold. as my name, or reputation, as a game developer in not known. Neither do I know if my game projects will even be finished at any point.

Credit will of course be given in the end-game credits, in a format similar to this:
"Brick texture files provided by Acme Brick, Masonry Designer - www.brick.com"

I hope some arrangement can be made.

Sincerely,
Alex Huck

I'm aiming to make the letter look formal enough to show I am serious. Yet amateur enough to emphasize that I'm not a professional big company with a budget to blow on huge license fees

I would shorten it to read:

where can I learn about the licensing offered for commercial / professional / independant usage of your product.

I did just a bit of editing to your letter. It's a bit more to the point, with less fluff information (i feel). You don't really want them to know that you don't anticipate making money on your games. That's for you to know.

Here it is:
