Model rendering error

Hey guys,
I have created a human model with transparent material in PNG format. And when the model walking close to the buildings or trees (DTS or 3DS format), some part of the model will disapper, looks like the engine renders buildings first. But when I use non-transparent materials, the model renders okay.
And, when I walking close to flat stuff (like walls, models without concave edge), it renders fine.
Here is a screen shot.

Still can't figure out why this happens. Please help!
Thank you!!

At least you can make it work in ShowToolPro. :) Not sure you can make it work in the engine. I could not.
May be a bug.
