My Ai vehicle

I need some help with the AI vehicle. I have the AI Player stuff down pat. Now I want to learn the AI vehicle things. I am making a racing game so I want to know this because of two resons. 1) I want to have other racers in the game, and 2) I want to have police car chases. Please help me with this.
