What is the difference between indie and commercial licenses?

You didn't even try to read or search, did you?

Basically, if your company makes >$250,000 a year, you need a commercial license. If you are not making a game, you need a commercial license.

If you are a console developer, you need to negotiate a special license.

Nope, he's right. The indie license for TGE only allows you to make games. You can make any sort of product with the commercial license.

The EULA's are not hard to read. ;)
