What is the difference between indie and commercial licenses?

Nope, he's right. The indie license for TGE only allows you to make games. You can make any sort of product with the commercial license. The EULA's are not hard to read. ;)

Basically, if your company makes >$250,000 a year, you need a commercial license. If you are not making a game, you need a commercial license.
If you are a console developer, you need to negotiate a special license.
