3DS max moving pivot points (flying vehicle)

Hi

I'm trying to make a flying vehicle in torque but the pivot point is in the wrong place on the bounding box making it heavy at the front, which i don't want.

when i try to move the pivot point and export the model again, the flyer doesn't fly anymore.
it still behaves as if its a vehicle (mountable, floating off the ground etc.)

anyone know why? is there an option in the exporter I'm missing?

I'm using 3D max 8 and max2dtsExporter.dle
