What is included in the 'Turn Based Strategy Pack ' and where can I buy it?

Is this for TGB / TGE / or TSE?
What are the planned features?
Is it a dead project or is it still being worked on?
Are we looking at an ETA of soon / ~ 6 months or so / More then a year?

Many questions, no answers.

There are no official answers, and only a slight bit of speculation since it was discovered a while back. From the speculation and the timing, it is probably for TGE. It very well might be a TGB add-on pack, though. Nobody knows (well, somebody knows). While there is no official information, a finite state machine implementation is most likely in the works since it is "turn based". There is also no official word if it is still being worked on or not.

I remember whispers of this back long ago. I think Ben was working on it (could be wrong on that). Sure if enough support and people wanting pops up they will reconsider it.

@David - Yep. That is why I started this thread. To try and get some info and to let the powers that be know I am interested in a TBS kit for either TGE or even better TGB.

@Chip - I am interested. Are you? Do you think anyone else is?

TBS was a project around the time the RTS pack was being developed/released (2004-2005). I cannot confirm if it's alive or dead but regardless it's not something coming out in the immediate future (if at all).

A pity. I mean- with all engines being relased recently Torque main strength is- IMO- its pool of customization packs. Its an unique selling point, something no other engine (I think) can offer so moving in that direction (of providing more of them, not just one I need ;) ) might not be a bad choice
