I am trying to export a model .
So i deleted the player model( the green alien ) and kept the skeleton .
I put my player , I put some of theses slim bones called "bip" at the place they should have on my player ,
i saved , and reloaded the model , and the bips returned to their original places . How can i solve this ?

I am not sure how you did it, but the normal way is to go into "figure mode" in the motion tab. This will set the Biped shape into the default positioning that it has when it was first created. Once you are in "figure mode" you can tweak how the Biped's shape fits with your character model and set up the weighting correctly with the Skin modifier. When you are done tweaking, turn off "figure mode" and the biped will return to its last position (deforming the mesh).
