Move to a computer not connected to internet

We recently purchased Marble Blaster and want to move it to a computer that is not connected to the internet, I have the ignition activation key, but can not register. It states that if you want to work "offline" to insert the activation key and a new key will be generated, which we have done. I copied the new file into the directory but it still will not register.
