Look animation

When exactly is the look animation played?

It is used when you hold on to "Z" and look around your player. at the same time the player does the look animation to the camera angle you are looking at

it's not played like a normal animation tho.
instead of playing thru,
it advances to a point in the animation based on the amount of head tilt there should be,
and pauses there.
