I need to know about Torque...

I am about to make a 2D card game , something like Yugi Oh and Duel Master.I am an artist and I have read a few about programming.Yet , I have no programmer for my game.
Is Torque going to help me.What I need to buy in order to make the full game , with GUI , AI and data base for the cards?
My game is pretty simple so it should not pose a problem for such a performant engine. But would I find my way through so many options?I need just a few , and I am not willing to read through hundreds of page just for some options.I canot do that and the artwork for my game in the same time.
In conclusion , I need a straight forward engine in wich I can make easily a simple game , but with some complex rules (there will be a lot of adding , substracting , checking for allowance and stuff like these in the game). Is Torque what I am looking for?
Thank you in advance!
Best regards!

This one seems designed specifically for the types of card games you are talking about:
digilander.iol.it/zak965/thoth/
Interesting... However, any environment or toolset will require 'some' scripting to tweak your ruleset and flow.

Torque Game Builder should do what you need without any serious problems through scripting AFAIK. You'd do good to team with a programmer or scripter though - so you can focus on your area of strength:)This one seems designed specifically for the types of card games you are talking about:

Maybe you should look for card game engine (of which I'm sure there are a few on the net) instead of a general game engine.
