Setup Question

Hi all :-)
Just this little quick question:-)
I have the TGE and the TSE i installed the TGE into a SDK folder
i installed the TSE into a TSE folder
so they are seperate now
do i have to combine them somehow or just use the stuff in the TSE folder now?
sorry but i am a real noob:-)
