Realm Wars Short Story

Hey fellers, just thought you might like to read a bit of a short story I'm working on for realm wars.
"Thrak rumbled to himself as he glared out over the parapet of his guard tower. Off in the distance he could see columns of smoke coming from the direction of the outlying colonies. His orcish senses could detect the baying of hounds and the clank of armor from the same direction, with a sigh over the Squid Stew he knew he'd miss he pulled the rope attached to the alarm bell."
